What are your working hours?
We open from 9.00am till 5.00pm during the week and 9:00 am and 1:00pm on Saturdays.
Do I have to make an appointment?
It is wise to call ahead to ensure that someone will be in the studio to handle your shoot since we are not in the studio all the time during working hours.
Why should I let the photographer know what type of passport photos I need?
Passport photos have different requirements and specifications that vary for each country and can change as frequently as every six months.
Does it matter what we wear at our photo shoot?
Yes. It is wise to inform the photographer of the colours you plan to wear to your photo shoot, especially if it is more than one person so that he may be able to collaborate with back drops and lighting. eg. For darker skin tones, if possible too much white should be avoided as it tends to wash out a subject in a photo
Do you shoot Weddings and other events?
Yes. Please call the studio or look at our
weddings section for more information.
How long do you keep the images (pictures), Can I get reprints?
Yes. You may get reprints for any studio session or event you may have been in because we never delete the images. However for weddings you will need written permission from the bride or groom letting us know that we may release images from their wedding to you.
Do you put images on CDs?
Yes. Any indoor session or event maybe placed on CD.
Do you Develop (“wash”) film or print photos from digital cameras, flash cards, jump drives etc?
No. We do not do any sort of commercial printing or e-mailing of images.
